Our Story
CoHeart (Collaborative with Heartful Individuals and
Organizations), officially registered in 2023, was born out
of the struggles, resilience, and shared dreams of people
who have lived through hardship.It represents a collective
spirit people who have faced adversity yet refused to let
suffering silence them.We are more than an organization. A
community of compassion, a fellowship of resilience, and a
circle of trust. We believe that dignity, care, opportunity,
and inner fulfillment are not privileges for a few, but rights
for all. CoHeart acts as a unified force, releasing hope,
empowerment, education, and dignity across diverse
communities.Its four projects each a seed of transformation
work together to cultivate a society that is inclusive,
equitable, and thriving. Just like the seed ball contains
multiple seeds which are protected by layers of
clay,compost and organic matter that enables life to flourish
even in the most difficult to reach or neglected
landscapes.The same way CoHeart carries within it four
core initiatives, each built to engage diverse communities
and sow the seeds of foundation that inspire impact and
continues to grow over time.
